Who we are
Wireframely is a wireframing tool made of a website, a web editor and a Figma plugin. It is run by an individual developer. In this policy, "we" means the operator of Wireframes and "you" means anyone who uses it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the account identifier and email they share with us.
- Your content: the wireframes you create, their names and when they were changed.
- Billing status: your plan, its renewal or end date, and the member and membership identifiers and membership link from Whop, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages you send us: what you write in the contact form or the chat handoff form, with the email you give.
- Bug reports: what you write, the page or plugin version you were on, your browser and language, and a picture you choose to attach (the editor canvas, or the layer you selected in Figma).
- Connections: when you connect the Figma plugin or create an MCP access token, we keep a one-way hash of the token, its name, and when it was created and last used. The token itself is shown to you once and never stored.
- Figma: the plugin only reads your Figma file to attach the selected layer to a bug report you send. Everything else it does is placing layers you ask for.
- Chat questions: questions you ask the site assistant are sent to answer them and are not stored by us. To limit abuse we keep a counter keyed to a salted, one-way hash of your network address.
- Technical logs: error and request logs kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, store and sync your wireframes, bill your plan, answer your messages, keep the service secure and fix problems. We don't sell your data, show you ads, or use your wireframes to train any model.
Who processes it
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): sign-in, database, file storage, hosting of our backend, and the model that powers the site assistant.
- Whop: our merchant of record. It takes payments, handles sales tax and VAT, and keeps your billing details under its own privacy policy. We pass it your account identifier with each checkout so your payment reaches the right account.
- Google and Apple sign-in: only if you choose to sign in with them.
These providers may process data outside your country. We only share what each needs to do its job.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your sign-in session and your chat history with the site assistant. That chat history stays in your browser; clear your site data to remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and wireframes until you delete them. Deleting your account removes your account, your wireframes and your Figma and MCP connections. Messages and bug reports you send us are kept as long as we need them to help you. Chat rate-limit counters expire after two days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Delete wireframes from Projects and your account from Settings, or email us for anything else. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Wireframely is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell signed-in users about material changes before they take effect.
