Agreement
These terms cover your use of the Wireframely website, web editor, Figma plugin, MCP server and any apps we release. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Wireframes for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You need to be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under it, including anything done with your Figma connections or MCP access tokens. Keep tokens private and revoke any you no longer use from Settings.
Your content
You own the wireframes you make. You give us permission to store, display and process them only so we can run the service for you. Components and templates we provide are yours to use in your work, including commercial work, but you may not resell them as a competing component library.
Acceptable use
- Don't break the law, infringe others' rights or upload anything harmful.
- Don't try to get around plan limits, probe or overload our systems, or access other people's data.
- Don't scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription for one person, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are taken by Whop, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT and issues your receipts. Whop's own terms apply to the purchase. Prices can change; we'll tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
Cancelling and termination
You can cancel any time from your Whop membership (linked from Settings) and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
The service
We work to keep Wireframely available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. Features can change, and we may stop offering parts of it with reasonable notice. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and give signed-in users notice of material changes before they take effect. Keeping on using the service after that means you accept them.
