Figma plugin
Save to your library
Send frames you drew or changed in Figma back to your library as a wireframe you can open in the web editor.
Select one or more frames on the canvas, open My wireframes and press Save at the bottom. Pick a name, then save. The frames keep their places relative to each other.
Update or save as new
When every selected frame came from the same wireframe in your library, you can update that wireframe or save a new one. Updating replaces its frames and keeps its theme.
What carries over
Frames with auto layout become Stacks with the same direction, gap, padding, alignment and sizing. Text, rectangles, ellipses, lines and groups come across as they are, along with names and hidden or locked layers.
Colours linked to the Wireframely variables stay theme colours, so restyling still works. Other colours are kept as they are. Vector artwork becomes a vector layer, and photos become image placeholders.
Saving needs an editor role in the workspace. On the free plan a new save counts toward your cloud wireframes and opens at low fidelity.
